Setting a quickfilter with variable assignee

Is it possible to have a quick filter for a other teammember?
assignee = currentUser() thats the filter for my issues. But we need a filter for diffrent team member.
Why we need that:
During the daily everyone should talk about his issues and the moderator wants to switch between the diffrent filters.

i'm afraid your only option here is to make a hardcoded filter "assignee = username"

The moderator can save those filters if he/she wants to switch between them but there is nothing like a dropdown where they can enter a quick dropdown to switch a parameter.
