Seting up Jira with Apache, HTML headers won't work

Dear all,

Firstly, thanks a lot for your support and time to read and help.
I am going to explain the whole scenario from the beginning.

The task was moving Jira to the https to make the server secure. Considering that we also run Apache to server two more websites, we had to integrate Jira with Apache.
Please note that we got the certificates from the Host Provider which included "crt", "key" files.
Considering this scenario, I went through the following guide:
Integrating Jira with Apache using SSL
However, we faced a problem right after step 3 which was changing server.xml.
The problem was resolved using the following link:
Not able to open Jira using HTTP Protocol
The solution was removing <schema-name>PUBLIC</schema-name> line from the $JIRAHOME/dbconfig.xml file
This action resulted in reinstalling Jira again. Just like the following link:
Reconfigure JIRA by running the setup wizard again

We went through the setup wizard and reconfigured JIRA again.
However, we face two problems right now:
1- Only one site (Jira at the moment) can use the HTTPS protocol.
2- Jira itself doesn't function properly. We cannot create new projects. The problem is similar to the following link:
XSRF check failed

After three days of tinkering and trying each configuration, I really had no other option but to come to community hoping that there would be a solution.

Thanks a lot.
