I am trying to set up an automation in a company-managed project SD, that should add comments in tickets in another team-managed project SD.
However, I cannot find the desired issue types to filter the automation in the drop-down menu of options available to filter. Only the issue types from the current SD showing.
How could I link both SD to get that info in the automations section of the other SD?

When asking for help with an Automation Rule, it will help us help you if you provide screen images showing your complete Automation Rule so that we can see the context in which you are trying to execute the steps.
Also point out the step where you are experiencing the problem?
