Set a new user as Jira Administrator

I set up my Jira OnDemand and then immediately added Google Apps integration. I'd like my google apps user to be our Jira Administrator, not the user that was automatically created for me with email login when I signed up. How can I make this happen?

You can make the user an administrator by adding him to "administrators" group. Check the global permissions to make sure that is the group which has "JIRA Administrators" permission. By default, that is the one.
