Service desk consultant

We are a multi-national organization headquartered in the New York area, and have recently purchased service desk. With 4-6 service disciplines/departments (network, linux, windows, and more) in (3) geographic regions, we are hoping to get a recommendation on the best 3rd party consultant to use who can guide us in how to build and structure JIRA in order to meet our goals. We are not interested in having the 3rd party build the system, but to advise us on the best way to structure it based on our requirements, in order to get the most out of the product features. Can you recommend the consultants best suited to assist us?

Any Atlassian consultant will be happy to help. 

https://www.atlassian.com/experts/search?page=1 is a good start - you can narrow the list down by type of consultancy and geographical location.

Personally, I'd be looking for Ryan Spilken, because he's very good, based near NY, and a delight to work with, but of course, I am biased because we're both with Adaptavist.
