We are using JSD server v3.15 and have the Customer Permissions set to "Anyone can email the service desk or raise a request in the portal" and "Any customer or organization, by searching in this project" we have also given Service desk customer - portal the Edit Issues permission in the JSD project.
Our customers are able to log a request and share it with others via the share link. Notifications are sent etc. However, once shared the other participants are not listed in the request under "Shared with" nor in the Request participants fields. The other participants also can't see the shared request in their respective portals so the only way they can access it is from their notification email.
Is there a hidden setting that we are missing? According to all the documentation i have seen this should be the correct way to set it up, but i am sure I am overlooking something.
