We have set up a customer portal for our service desk. The issue is when a customer clicks on the link to access their own service desk they see just their company, which is great.
The problem is that there is also a link on the top left corner that when clicked on allows that customer to click on and access all of our other customers service desk portals as well. How can we remove this link so that they can only see their own customer service desk portal?
These are outside customers using a portal and submitting tickets. We cannot set the customer permissions as we cannot maintain the other companies employees constantly within our service desk.
The issue is that when they open their company's portal service desk there is a button on the top left that brings them to the help center. In the help center they can see other companies portals. We would like to be able to remove access to the help center.
