Service Desk Queues - can I filter by Labels?

I'm new to Service Desk, but I'm trying to create a Queue that is filtered by Labels. I added a few Labels to an issue, and then when I went to edit the Queue, I couldn't find the Labels to filter by. What am I missing?

You should be able to use labels in the JQL used for the queues.
