Sending e-mails not working

Hi all,

Since 2 days our outgoing e-mails are not working. 

Sending test e-mail does work fine (from the customer notifications panel)...

  1. Changing notifications e-mail address to blank > then publicly commenting on an issue > no e-mail
  2. Changing notificctions e-mail address to our custom one > then publicly commenting on an issue > no e-mail
  3. Sending test-e-mail through customer notifications panel > we do get an e-mail!

I"ve setup dmarc/dkim/spf according to the KB's:

  1. admin.atlassian.net > settings > E-mail > Domains > all are verified
  2. https://domain-check.atlassian.com

All are okay.

And suddenly, our e-mails are sent again.

Somebody familiar with these problems?

We have problems that all the mails i directed to the junkmail.
