I am trying to send an email to each user mentioned on the multi picker user field.

I tried {{issue. TI Approvers}}, but I get an error saying no users are available, but there are 2 actually.

This smart values works for single user field, but it seems not to be working for this case, can you help

Hi @Tiago Pereira

Please be careful if there is extra space etc.

Hi @Tiago Pereira

What project type are you using Team or Company Managed?

If you're working with a Team Managed project.

Automation for Jira does not yet support the People field used in Team Managed projects, unfortunately. Listed in multiple change requests in the Atlassian backlog:

https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-22200

https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-2248

The problem is also mentioned in several community posts. Here is one that mentions a workaround using the Send Web Request action to get the email addresses

I guess - but didn't tested that - that the field contains a list. Handling lists is described here, so maybe this helps out :)
