Second line escalation Waiting queu

Hi

We use Exalate to escalate tickets to a second line Jira instance.

Is it possible to make a waiting queu so we can see which tickets are in second line and which ones aren't?

I'd assume the answer would be yes. It all depends on how you escalate these issues.

Are they duplicated as a linked issue? Or is there some link to the other issue? Depending on the method you will need to create your JQL filter for the queue to show those issues.

Without knowing the way you actually escalate the issues it's a bit tricky to define a real filter :)

Well to be honnest, my technical Jira knowledge doesn't reach that far haha.  I am pretty sure they are duplicated as a linked issue using the 'Exalate plugin'.

Knowing that, do I have to play around with a JQL filter?
