Scripts to clean up Jira Instance

I am trying to clean up our JIra instance and there are thousands of schemes which are not used in any projects. I don't want to remove them from database. Is there any way that I can clean them with Script runner scripts. 

1) Script to clean up inactive Issue Type Schemes
2) Script to cleanup the inactive Workflow Scheme.
3) Script to cleanup the inactive workflows
4) Script to cleanup inactive Issue Type Screen Schemes
5) Script to clean up the inactive Screen Schemes.
