Screen was not appearing correctly

I recently migrated from jira Cloud 6.3 to Jira server 6.3 manually from one domain to another. The live site looks great and displays exactly how it should. However, when I trying from my end the page is not visible correct, the layout is messed up. Columns are not working (they display one above another in rows instead of columns), row settings such as background color and borders are not displaying, and buttons/modules are not displaying properly.
