The field that holds satisfaction ratings is not available as a field for JQL, how can it be included so it can be exported to Excel via 'Get Jira Data' Add-On for analysis?
Ok, I have managed to obtain the Satisfaction Rating via 'Get Jira Data' (see below), any idea how to get the comment that goes with the rating if there is one?
Hi @vanessa lowther ,
It is currently not possible natively. You can do this easily with our Excel Online Integration app from the Atlassian Marketplace however. Once it is installed, select Filters > View All Issues then filter down to the JSM Project/issues you want to include. Then on the Issue list go to Apps > Excel Online and search and select the Satisfaction field (drag&drop to Select Columns or click on the + button), see screenshot below. Click download and you have an xlsx file that includes the CSAT field.
Hope that helps.
Best regards,
Martin

welcome to the community!
To the best of my knowledge, this isn't easily possible - see e.g. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-4749.
I would recommend to watch and perhaps upvote the feature request.
In the meantime, if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you'll have more options available. I'll add more information below.
Hope this helps,
Best,
Hannes

... and just to expand on the above:
If you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you may want to have a look at the app that my team and I are working on: JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a long list of so-called smart columns that aren’t natively available, including the satisfaction rating, the date of satisfaction rating, the satisfaction comment, and many, many more.
This is how it looks in action:
This is really just one of a virtually endless number of possible views and reports that you can model in JXL. Of course, you can always just export your data to Excel or CSV in two clicks.
Any questions just let me know,
Best,
Hannes
