Rich editor text on vm file

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to use rich editor text on a VM file.
For now, I'm able to render wiki text on a VM file (outside of an issue context), however, I want to know if it's possible to have the toolbar of Rich Editor text on my file? Basically, I want to know if Like we have on the description of an issue on JIRA.
Does anyone know how can I import/implement this in my plugin?
