Restriction based on custom field

Andrei Iorga
November 24, 2020

Hello I need to implement for my jira used for ticketing a scenario in which I have a custom field named 'groupRestriction' and I want to restrict access based on that field.

e.g: If an issue has 'developers' as groupRestriction value, all jira users in group developers should see that issue.

Any idea how can I accomplish that? Thank you.

Hi @Nic Brough -Adaptavist-  I am familiar with security schemes but I still don't see how can I specify such a condition.

Look to the two "custom field" options in the security levels.
