I have managed to successfully disable new comments from being entered on closed issues by using the property "jira.permission.comment.user = denied", however I see that existing comments can still be edited. How can I lock that down as well? Please keep in mind that I do not want to lock down the whole issue as there is a transition in our workflow to reopen closed issues.
