we are using Jira service desk. Workflow can respond to customer. When I click respond to customer the cursor is in the first field, assignee. I would prefer it starts in the comment field where I enter a comment to customer.

If you are referring to the transition screen that pops up, you cannot modify this. The issue is that the comments field always appears at the end and cannot be reordered.

I find that so annoying every time I start to type in the assignee field and I have to back out and start over...
