We are exporting to CSV the custom field Resolution time with the type Time in status and we get the followint information that we don't know how to interpret

3_*:*_1_*:*_0_*|*_10062_*:*_1_*:*_818

could you help us to decode the field?

Hi @Lucía Ibáñez González , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question.

When you say you're using the field type of Time In Status, are you using a third-party app / add-on for this?

Or do you mean that you have an automation or something that captures the time in which the issue is transitioned to the done state / the resolution is set?

Is the field visible in the Jira issue? What do you see there?

Looking forward to your response.

Cheers

Hi,

We are trying to export to csv from Issue list all fields of an Issue.

We have configurated this field in the layout of a task, but this field doesnt appear in the task.

We only see information in the csv:

Custom field (Resolution Time)
10062_*:*_1_*:*_502_*|*_10004_*:*_1_*:*_0

It happens also with the following field:

Custom field ([CHART] Time in Status)
10062_*:*_1_*:*_502_*|*_10004_*:*_1_*:*_0
