Here i want to reset the Ticket number
i have deleted all the old tickets although
jira is picking the next number to my old issue
Is it any possible way to reset the jira ticket number starts from the beginning that is 1

Not possible. Start fresh; a new cloud site would do it. That said, what are you trying to achieve by resetting it?

I agree. Definitely, less drastic than a new site if that's an option—which opens up to explore moving issues between projects, deleting the original project to reuse the key, etc.

Hi @Ivan Lima ... Thanks for your response... Actually the tickets numbers is almost 30k plus... So customer wants it to reset it from the beginning... That means from number 1 ... This we want to achieve... So as you said... This cannot be possible.. in the existing project

Correct. Unfortunately, not possible on Cloud. For reference, there is a feature request to reset the issue counter:
