Hi everyone!
Let's say I want ot save my Cumulative Flow Diagram. Is it possible to add it to the dashboard?
I want to see the report without clicking on the Reports menu each time. Is it possible?
Here are a few screens to help get my issue here:
I don't want to click here all the time:
This is the Report I want to save... in any possible way:
I think the best option could be to save this report on the Dashboard, but I can't find this type of report in the search input...
Kindly help me with it.
Hi @Max,
Jira reports cannot be added to dashboards because the Jira dashboards use gadgets. There is no one-to-one parity between reports and gadgets, but there are some gadgets )(like Burndown Chart) that show similar info like the reports, but in a more compact manner. Unfortunately Jira does not have a Cumulative Flow Diagram chart gadget.
If you want efeective Jira dashboards you need the necessary gadgets in-place. Jira offers some good gadgets, but you might need more. In this case, the best way is to search on Atlassian Marketplace for apps (plugins) that offer the gadgets you need.
If you consider the idea of using an app, our Great Gadgets app offers many useful gadgets for project tracking, which includes a Cumulative Flow Diagram (CFD) gadget that is highly configurable and much more powerful comparing to that Jira report. It will definitely fully meet your needs.

Hi @Max
Reports and dashboards aren't quite the same. For the dashboards there isn't a cumulative flow chart. You would need to install an app from marketplace: Reports - Charts and Graphs for Jira Dashboard is the one, but look for the free version.

Thanks! @Nikola Perisic
I've installed the app:
But I still can't add the Cumulative Flow Diagram.
But I think this is exactly what you have mentioned before ^_^
I can add the diagrams but NOT Cumulative Flow Diagram. Am I getting you right?
Or I've missed something.

Could you share your advice? How does it work in "general practice"?
To get the Cumulative Flow Diagram I have to click on the "reports" menu each time?
Sorry, but I think it is not the best way to see the data.
