Hi,

I am using a JIRA with Kanban, the question is can I make a report that can gather a weekly report for time consuming at all the ticket status individually per developer. And download it to csv.

A custom report will be great so the HRD or someone that doesnt know about JIRA can understand how much work that developer have per day or week.

I believe that would be the cycle time, which is reflected in the Control Chart report but not sure if it'll filter by assignee.

The Control Chart can show the cycle time (or lead time) for your product, version or sprint. It takes the time spent by each issue in a particular status (or statuses), and maps it over a specified period of time. The average, rolling average and standard deviation for this data is shown.
