Reordering System Field in Bug Create Screen Doesnt Work

I am unable to position the Labels system field in the desired order on the Bug screen. I have adjusted it to be right below the Description field, but even after refreshing the page, it still appears at the bottom of the Bug > Create Screen. What can I do to fix this? When I check the screen schema, I confirm that the relevant issue type screen scheme is there.

Can you share a screenshot of your screen where you have it in the right order? Also, do you have separate screens for Create, Edit, and View?

You can find the screenshots in my initial message where I started the topic

• I've shared the screen where I've positioned it correctly on the Configure Screen Scheme screen. The question I asked includes the "TD Bug: Create screen NEW" screen. In the other screenshots, I mentioned that I've arranged the "labels" field just below the Description field within this screen, but on the create screen, it still appears below Expected Release Date (at the bottom of the screen).

That doesn't line up with other fields either. Also, you have a different Default screen than any of the other 3 screens. Not sure that affects anything, but you probably want to clean that up anyway. Maybe use the Create New screen for that. Also, have you check the Issue layout for the screen? That tends to be more of the Edit screen and not Create screen, but something is definitely not lining up.

You could look at the issue layout on the project.

But as @John Funk mentions, are you using different screens and how are th screens configured?
