Hi,
I think my email address quentin.bes@dreev.com is on the bouce list since I left my company only for 2 months and then came back. During that time, my exchange server must have sent error responses...
I read here that I have to submit a ticket for you to remove me from the bounce list: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Unblocking-Office365-emails-for-Atlassian-Cloud/ba-p/1870108
Thanks!
hello @Quentin BES
Welcome to community :)
I understand that you are not receiving emails. The mail was in the suppression list.
Adding to the suppression list is a mechanism to avoid spamming recipient mail servers and indicating that an error has occurred, having identified they are not available to receive the email. The recipient may not be available due to various reasons some of which are, but are not limited to - DNS Resolution, Mailbox being full, Network issues, Firewall rules, Mailbox unavailable, Mail Servers facing reach-ability issues, User not setup, mailbox being inactive, etc.
We have unsupressed the email for now.
We have a community post that can help you to un-suppress emails. Please find the posts below
Thank You,
Prachi

Welcome @Quentin BES
Due to the volume of tickets that was coming to Atlassian for this nature, they have created a new solution where you check for bouncing emails. You need to go to Settings > System > Admin email audit
From there you can check for the bounces of your email address. I see that this is for Office365 emails though, but I would recommend to check this first.
