File is copied but not pasted in jira
Hey @Vulupala Naveen ,
Can you elaborate a bit on your problem:
I have pasted a screenshot as an Attachement
It worked earlier for me and I have tried the same procedure
No error is displayed(file is selected from pc and not pasted in attachements)

One thing that could be causing this is the new media picker tho.
If you look at the cloud changes from this week (and last week)
https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/blog/2021/02/atlassian-cloud-changes-feb-1-to-feb-8-2021
Not sure if it is related but might be as both is regarding attachments?

But i would troubleshoot a bit more first before we jump to conclusions.
Try a different browser, try maybe logging in on another pc to be sure..
Also if you can, open the Developer console on your browser and see what happens.

Hi, it won't be related to the above changes on the media picker (but good thinking!), those have yet to rollout to Jira.
I note a similar issue here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Copy-and-Paste-image-stopped-working-while-creating-Jira-tickets/qaq-p/1606095?utm_source=atlcomm&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=immediate_general_reply&utm_content=topic
As per that post, it would help to understand where you are copying and pasting from and to.
In Jira are you creating an issue then pasting? Are you pasting into the comments or description of an existing issue etc?

Also do you know if you are using Jira Classic or NextGen?
