@Gian Piero Bandieramonte

Your account (https://bandieramonte.atlassian.net/ ) has been deactivated by our system because of inactivity.

Moving forward please make sure to log in and access the site and never let it sit idle with no activity for more than 120 days otherwise the same thing will happen again.

I hope you can log in again after I have reactivated your cloud site.

Theodore

Dear Theodore,

Great! It worked.

Thank you for your help.

I shall take care of not letting this account go inactive again.

Hi everyone, my Confluence site/account was deactivated. I just have the number of the team space here. Can someone help me reactivate the account? I am in shock.

Thank you

Jasmin

Hi @Jasmin Beer ,

As mentioned in another comment please raise a ticket with https://support.atlassian.com/contact/?postauth=true#/, they can re-enable your site.

As this comment mentions https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Re-Reactivate-my-account/qaq-p/2597939/comment-id/918397#M918397, due to inactivity few sites are deactivated.

Hi @Mario

I think your accounts were revoked Jira Product access by your Org/Site admins. This Portal is a community portal for worldwide atlassian users and may not be the right place to address this.

You will have to reach out to your internal IT or Atlassian team to help you for the access here.

PS: would advise you to Remove the emails from your post since they look like official employee emails

Hi @Mario

Those user accounts are not inactive due to inactivity.  Atlassian doesn't de-activate user accounts due to inactivity.  Instead those a managed accounts.  The organization that manages them have disabled the accounts.  Only an organization admin of those accounts could choose to re-activate them.  I'd recommend that you have those users reach out to their own org admin to do that.   Only once that is done could you then invite those users to your site.

If those users don't know their org admin, then they should reach out in https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ in order to seek Atlassian Support for identifying their org admin for more help here.

Hi @Gian Piero Bandieramonte ,

The account reactivation is handled by the Support team https://support.atlassian.com/contact/

I've tagged the Atlassian team in this thread too, if incase they don't respond here would recommend raise a ticket on the above link.
