How can I leave the team I created?

How can I leave the team I created?

I'm an admin of the site in my company and I created few teams today.

Automatically I was added to each team as a member. I don't want that as I will be spammed with all messages.

How can I remove myself from the team? There is no option that I can see.

Hi @Peter Wilczynski -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

If you go to the right side of your name, you should see a ... menu with a Leave Team option.

I think it is worth mentioning that you can't leave the team unless at least one other member accepted an invitation to the team.
