Hi All,
We have a Kanban Board in Jira, which is where we track specific client onboarding activities. We are looking to amend the process so that our commercial team can raise into this board and I wanted to make it easy through a slack channel. I have connected the board and Slack and I can get to the stage I create a ticket, however, is there a way to change the default fields that Slack shows when creating a ticket and also remove fields that are not used?
The view when I create it from jira directly is ordered differently and although I have removed some fields from the layout, they still show when logging via slack.
@Dan Allenby You might take a look at this thread: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-questions/Slack-jira-create-from-a-message-thread/qaq-p/1811652

@Dan Allenby , this is all configurable in Actioner plugin for Jira. You can even show custom fields, or show certain fields on condition. Please check out: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1230509/jira-for-slack-by-actioner?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Let me know if you need any help.
Cheers,
Emel @ Actioner

Unfortunately this is not yet possible :(
I share the issue where this functionality is requested:
[API-157] Customize the fields from the create issue from Slack to Jira - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
