Quick create issue from board problem

I have a problem with quick create issue.
I click "+ Create issue" on the board and enter text (summary by fact). Than click Enter and I assume new issue to be created in the board, BUT...
Modal Create Issue popup appears saying "Fill out any required fields. We may need to check your permissions to create this issue".

Create issue screen has only 5 fields configured: Project, Issue type, Status, Description, Summary. and only 3 of them marked as Mandatory: Project, Issue type, Summary. 

Project and issue type are set by default, and Summary I entered manually.

I don't understand why it gets me to the modal popup with that error, if when without changing anything in this popup I click "Create" on it and it creates the issue.

You need to edit the Field Configuration for that issue type and check the required field.

True, thanks.
The field Priority was set as required in the fields configuration but I didn't include it to the create issue screen.
I made this field as optional and now quick issue creation works fine.
