Query to exclude items with status changed after sprints end (to mimic the Velocity Report rules)

Using Rich Filters to create a Sprint History table, mimicing the Sprint Report/Velocity Chart, which exclude all items in a sprint that are not finished in that sprint.  Rich Filters do not automatically exclude these items.   In Rich Filters, once an item is in a sprint, even if it is rolled-over to a newer sprint, it will be counted in the older sprint and the newer sprint simultaneously -- this messes up counts in tables created with Rich Filters.   SO, I need a query that excludes from a sprint items that are not completed in a sprint, and also excludes items that were completed in a sprint but which were re-opened in later sprints.  Thanks.

Hey Gordon

I totally forgot the condition that is used in the custom values .. was this question addressed and do you have a recommendation to use Rich filters in jira dashboards that will visualise the story points that are not completed in sprint..
