QR Codes not working for JIRA search links

I am trying to create a QR code that will search tickets for specific sites. My confluence QR's work but I cannot open any tickets

The one code for confluence works. i can see the page. the JIRA one just sends me to an Atlassian login screen.

Also on the confluence page we have the JIRA tickets and they won't open from there either

May I know what do you mean by "specific sites"

I tried to generate a link for JQL and had this worked.
