Good morning all,

How can I gain access to a project.

for example; I do not see a specific project I am trying to review under 'Projects' created by another team member.

What needs to be done/happen so I can have at least read only access to this specific project/s and/or JIRA tickets?

Appreciate your assistance. Thanks!

Hi @Shaikh, Adil Welcome to the community.

The reason why you don't see a project under the project list is that you don't have browse project permission to the project.

If you are talking about a company managed project, you need to have a browse project permission.

If you're talking about a team-managed project, and the project is not open or limited, then you need to be added to at least one role(viewer/member/administrator).

Adding to this, if you know who owns the project, contact that person to let them know you want (or need) access. If you don't know who owns the project but know somebody who currently has access, that person should be able to help you figure out who the owner is.
