HalloI try to configure

I can not receive EMail. I try to configure the EMail Account. But I allway get timeouts. When I try to connect over webmail, I have access, but over JIRA it dows not work. Can you give me a hint - I found informations about Logfile, but no possibility to access this log.
What can I do?
