Problem accessing add-on file at BigPicture - Project Management & PPM

Hi,All

I intalled 30 days license Jira add-on BigPicture，due to time limit，I uninstalled  it.

But I am installing an other new add-on Gantt-Chart,have a error:

 "Problem accessing add-on file at Gantt-Chart for Jira."

How to solve it?
