HI,

When I am exporting CSV on Assignee field I see some values as: cristian.ionescu and for other that is another user:222905e3-d009-4e1d-907e-02e0947b22ba.

What can I make to see all user in Assignee field as name not long string with number and letters?

Hello Cristian,

The problem you are seeing is happening because of the GDPR implementation in Atlassian Application.

I agree it is indeed a lack in the export functionality, so we have a feature request opened to replace the ID by GDPR-compliant information that would be more useful and user readable.

Include the email address instead of the ID for reporters and watchers on the CSV export

Feel free to vote and watch the suggestion to increase its priority and also receive notifications about any updates.

For now, you can identify the users by navigating to User management > Selecting to edit the user > Checking the URL or checking the issue key informed in the CSV directly in JIRA UI.

Let me know if you still have any questions.

Hello Anish,

Unfortunately, we still don't have an ETA for this improvement, but I suggest you watch the feature request mentioned above. As soon as we have a defined ETA, we will definitely post it there.

Regards.
