Prevent multiple Stories to be "in progress"

Is there a way to prevent a user from having multiple Stories "In Progress"? 
We track the time spent on an epic and want to prevent from exceeding 100% per user. A user can of course work on multiple projects and epics, stories... but all at the same time would be very hard to manage for the dear colleague.

Hi @Metin Özkan 

Natively it's not possible.

You can create an Automation rule and change the status back to "To Do".

If you are using Scriptrunner or any custom scripting plugins, you may have to code to achieve this requirement.
