Premium Plan: licenses and assistence

Hi,

does Premium Plan include

  • the Bitbucket Data Center resources licence so that it is possible to run integrity checks on remote and local repositories?
  • the possibility to be assisted by your technicians by means of direct chats or something else?

Hi,

In regards to the recently announced Premium support level:  This is specific to Atlassian Cloud right now, it does not pertain to Server or Data Center lines of our products at this time. 

As for help from Atlassian, please see our Atlassian Support Offerings, you can see that each deployment type affords in term so support.  To my knowledge chat has not yet been a means of support from Atlassian, however depending on your SEN (support entitlement number) or your Cloud URL entered when completing the form on https://support.atlassian.com/contact your request will be routed to the appropriate channel for your level.
