Postfunction - Related Issues through itself transaction
Hi All,
i am struggeling with following case. I created a recruitment workflow (Image). The last state is occupied, which means, that an employee is placed on this position. To every recruitment ticket, an insight object will be created in state "Approved and open" so I have one Object connected with a Jira ticket.
Furthermore I created an itself transaction named "Change position" in there. Through this, it i spossible to switch employees from one position to another. E.g. Position 320 is occupied, want to switch to position 322 cause it is only approved and not occupied by an employee. When performing this, a screen will be openend (see Image). There the agent has to select the position where the employee will be placed after and which ticket is connected to this position object. In my case I want to switch bkri from Ticket 320 to 322.
Now I tried to create the postfunctions within the itself transaction (Image).
Actually the system is doing fine, just two things never happens: First, the position owner from the previous position (Ticket 320) will not be copied to the related issue (322). Second, the state of the tickt 322 remains in "Approved and open" and will not change to "Occupied".
The objects will be changed perfectly. Even the ticket 320 is doing fine, it is just Ticket 322 where the mentioned two things doesnt appear/perform.
