Hola espero estén bien, tengo una categoría que me crea una incidencia desde un correo automático, estaba funcionando muy bien, hasta que de un momento a otro se empezaron a agregar todos los otros correos como participantes de la incidencia. 

Saben que pudo pasar, no hay ninguna automatización relacionada

Hello, Good day. Kindly confirm my understanding is correct. You have configured mail handler to create an incident ticket from email. But now instead of specific email all emails are converted to incident ?
