Plugin for changing issue types with a post function

Is there a JIRA plugin (other than Minyaa, which is a pain to install) that adds a post function for changing the issue's issue type?

Hi, John.

I don't think there is such plugin, specially because a lot of configuration is dependent of the issue type. For example, if 2 issue types use 2 different workflows, how would you do to automatically move from one to another on a post-function? That is why you cannot simply edit the issue type, you have to move to a different issue type and map the statuses.
