Permissions to change project categories

Permissions to change project categories

Morning. Is it possible to allow project admins (no jira admin) to edit the project category in their own projects only? then they could indicate when a project is finished. Now they have to ask to change it to finished project to the Jira admin.

To change Project Category, you have to be a member of a group, which do have Permission of Jira Administrator or Jira System Administrator.

Hi, sorry to jump on an old thread, but I would be interrested to vote on an enhancement request that would allow users with the "administer project" permission to change the project category. Do you know if a request exists or where I can go to create one?
