Hola,

En mi proyecto de Jira Service Management, actualmente tengo un solo cliente, donde en la misma cola se van acumulando las solicitudes que nos van haciendo

La visualización se ve actualmente así para un solo cliente:

Ahora se sumara otro cliente y quiero una manera de poder visualizar lo mismo pero de una manera separada. Es decir, sin que se mezclen las solicitudes entre clientes y que estén las solicitudes ordenadas para cada uno quizás en pestañas o Buckets destinados para cada cliente.

Habrá alguna manera de hacerlo?

You can use Jira Service Management queues to group your client's requests.  Each queue allows you to filter issues by specific information.  You can learn more about queues here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/what-are-queues/
