One user is unable to login in jJira like she said??

Hi @Olga Videc  @Olga Videc  On user in the cloud raised this error and said i am unable to login.But as i logged as user i am able to login as her .What will this issue??????What should i do we are using cloud??Screenshot 2019-06-26 at 12.48.19 PM.png

The browser is unable to get data that it needs from one of Atlassian's systems.

Either the user's machine is somehow blocked by the network from getting there, or the browser has been configured to block it.

Try the browser in "safe" mode (all add-ons disabled), and try another browser on their machine.

Has she tried with different browsers?

Might be a browser issue, if you can login with her credentials the issue is on her side, also she should check firewall rules and virus protection
