We are running a small team of 5 people. 4 of these people can create ticket and we see those created tickets in the board, but 5th person, can create tickets, we receive notifications about those tickets but tickets don't show up in the board, they are invisible. Even if I change the ticket reporter to myself, make changes to ticket, assign to someone, we still don't see the ticket in the board but receive all its notifications.
I've compared this member with all the other members in the team and I don't see any difference that may cause this.
