Hi
I use Office365 for our email solution.
Our current support mailbox is a shared mailbox. As this is not a user I don't have a log for it.
Is it possible to configure Jira ServiceDesk cloud with a shared mailbox in this way for in and out mail?
Thanks,
Gareth

It works before, but Jira Cloud upgraded the Email Requests page recently, and removed username field ( jira@[company].com\<Shared Mailbox Alias>), so it doesn't work now.

I've the same issue, so the way I resolved was to create an email forward from the office 365 account shared mailbox to point to yourproject@yoursitename.attlasian.net, then on your project settings,->email request, click on the dots at the top right screen and click on the option 'Manage allowlist'. Once there, add your domains (yourdomain.com) from customers that you want to receive email and that's it!
