NotificationSchemes for older jira

I have admin privileges and want to add a Notification Schemes which should send notification mail to respective user, if jira raised by him is not closed in next 10 days after creation.

Also it should send mail to assignee if it is assigned to someone

This widget could not be displayed.

That's not really what notification schemes are for.  You have two basic approaches

  1. Write a filter to find outdated issues and subscribe the users to it
  2. Find/write an automation that can comment on issues that are outdated, and make sure the notification scheme includes "comments notify assignee and user"
