I and my team are not receiving JIRA-related emails on our domain email ex. [team member name]@romotics.com. Could someone check if our domain is listed in the suppression/blacklist list? Could you please take us off the list?
Hi,
I found there was a suppression for multiple accounts on your domain from our side. I have removed this suppression. Try to send a new notification from Jira to see if you can receive this now.
The block message is not clear to me as to why this happened. So If this is still not working please let me know and I can investigate deeper to see if we can learn more here.
