Note: Another account getting cloud id with this same permission. but issue at my account. is there any enable required?

Hi @santhosh 

In order to get a Cloud ID you might try to use a different method.

Try to go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ chose specific site settings (if have many) and you should see the ID in the URL e.g https://admin.atlassian.com/o/<CloudID>/users
