Hi team,
Is there any way for send subscription mail with comment body in it. But I'm not able to achieve
In filter, I tried adding the comments and it was not so useful, also tried filtering the comments and again the comment is not popping up.
So is there any ways we can send the issue filter with comments
Hi @Santhosh Raj , comments in filter results would be way too messy as the length of comments grows. What exactly is your use case such that seeing all comments in the filter results is important? Maybe there is a different solution.
Can we take alone the last body comment of the issues please. that would also be very helpful @Jack Brickey
Help me in that
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
You could create a custom text field and use Automation to set the value of the field to the latest comment.
IMPORTANT: this will chew through your automation allotment if not on premium

I think I may have recommended this to you before, so apologies if it isn't quite what you're looking for - but if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, viewing comments in a filter result would be easy to do using the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a number of so-called smart columns that aren’t natively available, including the last comment, along with many other comment-related columns.
This is how it looks in action:
As you can see above, you can easily sort and filter by your comments, and also use it across JXL's advanced features, such as support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting.
Any questions just let me know,
Best,
Hannes

Can we use filter and send this via Filter Subscription with comment to the users ?

Every sheet in JXL has a unique link that you can send out to users (see sharing sheets) - however, at the time being, this needs to be done manually; there's no subscription mechanism or similar.
