Not able to generate report for particular user using All-In-One Reports Plugin

We are not able to generate report for particular user using All-In-One Reports Plugin .

We are using these steps to generate reports :

• Reports -> Create New Reports - > TimeSheet  -> Run report

  we are not able to generate report for the particular user . Where as we can generate report for other users.

3. Replace jirareports.atlassian.net with your Cloud JIRA Instance URL
4. Hit enter
5. Copy and paste the output to a text file and email us at info@jirareports.com
   
   Please also include the following information in your email

• Name of the user for which you are unable to see the time
• Screenshot of the report configuration
